Terms & Rules of Play

Forecaxta is a prediction market platform where users (Casters) trade YES and NO shares on the outcome of real-world events. Prices reflect the crowd's estimate of how likely an event is to happen. This is a skill-based information market, not a casino game.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must use accurate personal details, including a valid mobile money number for payouts.
• One account per person. Multi-accounting leads to forfeiture of balances.

• Each market has two sides: YES and NO. Share prices always sum to ₵1.00.
• Buying shares uses an automated market maker (CPMM). Larger trades move the price more — always review the preview before confirming.
• All trades are final. There are no refunds for buyer's remorse or price movement.
• You cannot trade on a market where you are the Lead Caster.

• Each market resolves YES, NO, or VOID based on the published resolution criteria and source.
• Winning shares pay out ₵1.00 each. Losing shares are worth ₵0.
• If a market is voided (e.g., the event cannot be objectively determined), all participants receive a refund of their net invested amount.
• Resolution is performed by Omega Judges using the stated source. Their decision is final.

• A platform fee may be deducted from winning payouts to cover operations.
• Lead Casters who created the market earn a small share of the resolved volume.
• Withdrawals are processed to your registered mobile money number after admin approval.
• Withdrawal requests may take up to 48 hours to process on business days.

• No market manipulation, collusion, insider trading, or wash trading.
• No creating markets on outcomes you control or can influence.
• Violations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

If you believe a market was resolved incorrectly, contact support within 72 hours of resolution with evidence from the stated resolution source. Omega Judges will review and respond.

These terms may be updated as the platform evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
