What we collect

• Payment details: MoMo provider and number for deposits / withdrawals
• Wallet ledger: balance and transaction history
• Trading activity: positions, trades, and resolutions tied to your account
• Device & log data: IP, browser type, and access timestamps for security

How we use your data

We use your information to operate the platform, settle trades, process Mobile Money payments, prevent fraud, comply with the law, and notify you about your account. We never sell your personal data.

Who can see your activity

Public market activity (e.g. aggregate volume, price moves, anonymous trade ticks) is visible to all users. Your phone number, email, MoMo details, and wallet balance are private and only visible to you and authorised Forecaxta staff for support and compliance.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access controls and row-level security restrict staff and other users from reading data they shouldn't. We run regular security scans on the platform.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or request deletion of your account. Email hello@forecaxta.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences (e.g. dismissed alerts). We do not use advertising trackers.
