What is Forecaxta?+
Forecaxta is Ghana's community-powered prediction market. You buy YES or NO shares on real-world events. If you're right, your shares pay out ₵1 each at resolution.
How do I deposit money?+
Top up your wallet with Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo) directly from the Wallet page. Funds usually reflect within seconds.
How do withdrawals work?+
You can cash out from your Wallet page to your registered MoMo number. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours on business days.
How are markets resolved?+
Markets resolve via the Omega Judgement Engine using verifiable public sources. Once resolved, winning shares pay ₵1 each and losing shares go to ₵0.
Are my funds safe?+
Wallet balances are held in a segregated operator account and tracked on a per-user ledger. Trades are settled instantly against on-platform liquidity.
What fees do you charge?+
Forecaxta charges a small spread on each trade. There are no deposit fees. Withdrawal fees from your MoMo provider may apply.
Can I create my own market?+
Yes — verified users can submit market proposals from the Create page. Approved markets go live after Omega review.
